Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure that displays and windows consistently adhere to brand guidelines through daily oversight, including informing, replacing, repositioning, and adding missing products as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team in the preparation of in-store scenography rotations.
  • Participate in in-store rotations and window display changes.
  • Ensure product labeling complies with visual standards.
  • Communicate display zone changes to sales teams when necessary.
  • Listen to boutique team needs to aid in sales optimization.
  • Communicate spontaneously with the Visual Merchandising team, sharing photos of changes and floor manager requests.
  • Assist in setting up Visual Merchandising animations within the boutique.
  • Participate in price display management.
  • Contribute to the organization of Visual Merchandising stock, inventory management, and tracking of VM tool deliveries.
  • Apply visual merchandising rules across all product lines to meet brand image expectations.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree with experience in luxury retail, visual merchandising, and/or sales.

Skills

Strong fashion culture and creativity with heightened visual sensitivity and attention to detail. Ability to concentrate, maintain discretion, and handle stress. Initiative, rigor, and agility. Teamwork, kindness, and adaptability.

Experience

Experience in luxury retail, visual merchandising, and/or sales is required.

Education

Higher education degree required.
