Chanel Monaco Visual Merchandising Assistant internship starting January 2027. Six-month fashion retail position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure daily compliance of displays and window presentations with Chanel guidelines by inspecting, replacing, and repositioning products as needed
- Collaborate with the VM team on preparations for in-store scenography rotations and window changes
- Participate in execution of in-store rotations and window décor modifications
- Verify product labeling adheres to visual merchandising standards
- Communicate display zone changes to sales teams to support revenue optimization
- Respond to boutique team requests and provide feedback to the VM team with photographic documentation
- Contribute to installation of VM animations and promotional elements throughout the boutique
- Oversee price display management and VM tool inventory, including tracking of shipments
- Execute visual merchandising principles across all product lines in compliance with brand image standards
Qualifications
- Higher education qualification
- One or more years of experience in luxury retail, visual merchandising, or sales
- Strong fashion culture and aesthetic sensibility
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to maintain concentration, discretion, and composure under pressure
- Strong initiative, rigor, and operational agility
- Collaborative mindset with emotional intelligence and adaptability
Skills
Experience
One or more years of experience in a luxury boutique, visual merchandising, and/or sales environment.
Education
Higher education qualification.
