Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Visual Merchandising Manager in developing and implementing seasonal window and in-store concepts that reflect global campaign directives and local market nuances.
- Drive execution of visual standards across assigned boutiques in Ho Chi Minh City, coordinating timelines, installations, prop sourcing and logistics.
- Produce and maintain planograms, floor sets and fixture layouts to optimise product presentation, traffic flow and commercial performance.
- Train and coach store teams on visual standards, monthly updates and merchandising directives; perform regular store audits and provide corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with retail operations, buying, marketing and external suppliers to ensure consistency of brand presentation and timely delivery of visual materials.
- Manage local VM budgets for installations and prop purchases; approve small-scale expenditures and track cost-efficiency.
- Document roll-outs with professional photography and detailed execution guidelines for cross-store replication and headquarters reporting.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Interior Design or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent aesthetic judgment with strong graphic sensibility and attention to detail.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to train, inspire and hold store teams accountable to brand standards.
- Strong project management capability with experience coordinating multi-site roll-outs and external suppliers.
