Chanel Visual Merchandising Associate internship in Nice. 6-month fashion retail role supporting display and in-store visual presentation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspect and maintain display compliance daily, ensuring all window displays and in-store presentations adhere to Chanel visual guidelines
  • Prepare and coordinate in-store display rotations and scenographic changes with the VM team
  • Execute window and in-store display changeovers and install VM animations and installations
  • Verify product labeling and pricing displays comply with visual standards and brand requirements
  • Communicate display zone changes and updates to sales floor teams as needed
  • Partner with store management to identify merchandising opportunities and optimize sales support
  • Document and photograph merchandising changes and communicate proactively with the broader VM team
  • Manage VM inventory, oversee stock organization, track tool and material deliveries, and assist with inventory management
  • Apply visual merchandising principles and product styling across all product lines in alignment with brand positioning

Qualifications

  • Secondary or tertiary education completed
  • Demonstrated experience in luxury boutique retail, visual merchandising, or fashion sales
  • Strong fashion and luxury goods knowledge
  • Exceptional visual sensibility and eye for detail
  • Proven ability to work methodically under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and organizational discipline
  • Collaborative team player with interpersonal awareness and adaptability

Experience
