Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and implementing visual merchandising displays for watches and fine jewelry collections across European markets
- Support the development of seasonal merchandising concepts and campaigns in alignment with Chanel's brand guidelines
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in store presentation and product positioning
- Monitor and document visual merchandising executions across retail locations
- Participate in the creation of point-of-sale materials and display accessories
- Contribute to the analysis of merchandising performance and customer engagement metrics
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a program in visual merchandising, retail design, fashion, or related discipline
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury retail environments and brand presentation standards
- Strong visual and spatial awareness with an eye for aesthetic detail
- Proficiency in design software or visual presentation tools (a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across different regions

Experience
Internship or training position; prior experience in retail visual merchandising, window displays, or luxury retail environments is desirable but not required.
Education
Current enrollment or recent completion of a degree program in visual merchandising, retail design, fashion, graphic design, or equivalent practical training.
