Chanel Visual Merchandising Assistant internship in Paris. Support European luxury watches and fine jewellery retail operations across 14+ markets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and control brand visibility across Chanel Watches & Fine Jewellery retail boutiques and wholesale points of sale throughout Europe
  • Consolidate market briefs and develop visual merchandising guidelines for European markets in alignment with artistic direction standards
  • Coordinate and execute permanent and campaign merchandising activations across European points of sale, including guideline distribution and local production support
  • Analyse performance metrics of point-of-sale activations across the European network
  • Coordinate point-of-sale material orders and inventory management according to the European visual merchandising master plan
  • Participate in the development of market-specific point-of-sale materials and visual displays
  • Oversee logistics and deployment of visual merchandising decorations from warehouse distribution to market locations
  • Orchestrate deployment calendars for product launches and merchandising campaigns across European markets
  • Provide visual merchandising recommendations and support to market teams implementing international brand guidelines
  • Share best practices and coordinate communications across the European visual merchandising community

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university programme
  • Demonstrated first experience in luxury retail or visual merchandising
  • Strong organisational and coordination abilities with proven attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
