Chanel seeks a Senior Executive for Window Design & Production Development in Hong Kong. Lead visual merchandising strategy and retail display execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Direct the conceptualization and execution of window display designs aligned with Chanel's brand aesthetic and seasonal campaigns
- Oversee production development processes, including material sourcing, vendor coordination, and manufacturing timelines
- Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for all visual merchandising installations across assigned retail locations
- Collaborate with global creative teams, regional retail management, and external fabricators to deliver cohesive brand experiences
- Manage budgets and resource allocation for production and installation projects
- Develop training materials and provide guidance to retail teams on display installation and maintenance
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or exhibition production within a luxury brand environment
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to installation
- Strong proficiency in design software and project management tools
- Demonstrated understanding of Chanel's brand identity and luxury retail standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across multicultural teams

Experience
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or production development, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management or executive capacity within the luxury fashion sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Visual Arts, Architecture, or equivalent professional qualification in design-related disciplines.
