Senior Executive Window Design & Production Development role at Chanel Hong Kong. Lead global creative concepts into refined boutique displays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Bring Chanel's creative vision to life by translating global window design concepts into high-quality installations across boutiques in Hong Kong and Macau
- Oversee the end-to-end window décor installation process, from initial rendering and production development through final installation, ensuring alignment with local boutique architecture and creative intent
- Develop and implement global and regional window design guidelines to ensure consistent, refined execution across all boutique locations
- Lead and direct the corporate social responsibility roadmap in alignment with global and local priorities, overseeing material sourcing, recycling, and circularity initiatives
- Build and cultivate strategic partnerships with visual merchandising teams, retail operations, boutique facilities, boutique architecture, procurement, and sustainability departments to deliver unified brand experience
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local vendors to ensure premium craftsmanship, high-quality production, and timely execution of all window installations
- Direct strategic planning and budget allocation for all seasonal window displays and boutique décor projects, ensuring both financial and creative objectives are achieved
- Partner with procurement teams to lead vendor selection, negotiate competitive contracts, and optimize service agreements
- Implement and track metrics for waste reduction programs, focusing on reduce-reuse-recycle frameworks to ensure all installations align with brand circularity commitments
- Champion the brand's CSR vision by collaborating with internal and external partners to minimize environmental impact of window décor, visual merchandising animations, and event props
- Manage compliance risks and execute regulatory requirements for all vendors and suppliers, ensuring all window installations adhere to brand, safety, and operational standards
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Product Design, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, or related discipline
- Proven experience in window décor design, event production, or related creative field
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities with ability to work independently
- Proficiency in SketchUp (3D modeling), V-Ray (3D rendering), Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, and AutoCAD
- Demonstrated track record conceptualizing and developing visually compelling VM display windows
- Strong written and spoken English and Cantonese proficiency

Education
