Chanel seeks a Visual Merchandiser – Fashion in Taipei to oversee boutique displays and creative installations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage visual display tools and oversee display setup across all fashion categories in boutiques
- Work with retail teams to ensure overall upkeep and performance of window and in-store displays at optimal creative levels
- Maintain all displays in accordance with Chanel's brand parameters and image guidelines
- Train boutique staff on approved display standards and maintenance protocols
- Execute and adapt theme displays based on Paris directive and seasonal instructions
- Ensure all display accessories and tools are maintained in excellent condition and quality
- Create and coordinate special event displays and retail installations as required by management
- Provide creative support for marketing campaigns, exhibitions, jewelry events, press functions, and client events
- Place orders for visual merchandising supplies and manage stock levels efficiently
- Assist with general event support and window-dressing tasks as directed by management
Qualifications
- University degree holder
- Fashion-related field of study preferred
- Proficiency in 2D graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) and 3D design tools preferred
- Ability to create graphic simulations
- Knowledge of the retail market
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in visual merchandising
- Strong analysis and planning skills
- Ability to manage stock levels and coordinate procurement efficiently

Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, with demonstrated knowledge of retail market dynamics and boutique operations. Proven ability to develop and execute cohesive visual displays that align with luxury brand standards.
Education
University degree; major in Fashion, Design, Retail Management, or related discipline is preferred.
