Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute visually stunning window displays and in-store presentations aligned with Chanel's brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Collaborate with retail operations and merchandising teams to optimize product placement and floor layouts
- Interpret and implement global creative directives from Chanel's corporate design teams to the local market
- Maintain boutique visual standards through regular audits and refreshes of displays and signage
- Analyze sales data and customer traffic patterns to inform strategic placement decisions
- Source materials, props, and fixtures to support display concepts while adhering to budget parameters
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising, store design, or luxury retail environments
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous window displays, interior concepts, or retail installations
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or SketchUp
- Understanding of luxury brand positioning and the Chanel aesthetic
- Excellent spatial reasoning and attention to architectural detail
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related creative disciplines within a luxury or upscale retail environment.
Education
Diploma or degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional certification and demonstrated experience.
