Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute compelling window displays and in-store visual presentations that reflect Chanel's brand aesthetic and seasonal collections
- Collaborate with retail management and merchandising teams to implement visual strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive sales
- Maintain visual standards across all retail spaces, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and luxury presentation expectations
- Monitor inventory of display materials and coordinate the timely installation and refresh of visual elements
- Analyze customer flow and visual effectiveness, providing recommendations for continuous improvement of store layouts
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a program in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, interior design, or related field
- Strong understanding of retail principles and luxury brand positioning
- Demonstrated proficiency in design principles including color theory, composition, and spatial awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Internship-level experience in retail, visual merchandising, fashion design, or a related creative field is preferred but not required.
Education
Enrolled in or recent graduate of a program in visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, or a related creative discipline.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
