Role & Responsibilities
- Create and execute compelling visual displays and window presentations aligned with Chanel's brand aesthetic and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain store environments to the highest luxury standards, ensuring product presentation reflects the Maison's heritage and contemporary positioning
- Collaborate with store management and retail teams to optimize merchandising layouts and product placement for maximum impact
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with merchandising teams to ensure seamless transitions between seasonal collections
- Ensure compliance with Chanel's brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards across all store areas
Qualifications
- Proven experience in visual merchandising within a luxury retail environment
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and Chanel's design philosophy
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to execute displays that meet exacting luxury standards
- Experience with luxury product categories such as fashion, accessories, or beauty
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of visual merchandising experience in luxury retail or high-end department stores, with demonstrated ability to create sophisticated, on-brand displays and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal training in visual merchandising, fashion, or interior design is advantageous.
