Chanel In Store Visual Merchandiser position at New Bond Street, London. Create exceptional visual presentations in a flagship luxury boutique environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest visual merchandising standards across the boutique in alignment with CHANEL guidelines and business priorities
- Support the execution of window displays, in-store presentations, and display adaptations to ensure collections remain relevant, engaging, and commercially effective
- Drive product rotation and refreshes in collaboration with retail teams, continually optimizing product visibility
- Manage visual merchandising tools, props, and inventory, ensuring displays are maintained to the highest standards
- Anticipate upcoming merchandising needs and prepare for daily and seasonal visual changes
- Support boutique teams with the efficient handling of displayed products and mannequin looks
- Contribute to collection launches and special installations, including evening and overnight visual merchandising activities when required
- Build strong partnerships with boutique, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless expression of the CHANEL Fashion universe
- Apply creative thinking and commercial judgement to thoughtfully mix collections and reimagine displays as merchandise evolves
Qualifications
- Previous experience within visual merchandising, preferably within luxury fashion or premium retail environment
- Strong appreciation and knowledge of fashion, art, and culture
- Understanding of how art and culture influence luxury client experiences
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic retail environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining exceptional standards
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams

Experience
