Role & Responsibilities
- Design and execute window displays and interior visual merchandising concepts that align with Chanel's brand identity and seasonal campaigns
- Develop product placement strategies to optimize sales visibility and create engaging retail narratives
- Collaborate with retail management and store teams to implement visual guidelines and maintain consistent brand presentation
- Monitor inventory flow and ensure accurate product rotation and stock visibility on retail floors
- Analyze customer traffic patterns and sales data to refine visual presentations and maximize conversion
- Train store associates on visual merchandising standards and best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or display management within luxury retail
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design software
- Demonstrated understanding of luxury brand aesthetics and consumer psychology
- Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple installations simultaneously

Experience
3 years of professional experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or related creative retail environments, preferably within luxury or premium fashion brands.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in graphic design, interior design, or retail management preferred.
