Role & Responsibilities
- Express and maintain the artistic direction of Chanel through in-store displays, window presentations, and boutique arrangements in accordance with VM guidelines and brand procedures
- Ensure daily maintenance, restocking, and quality control of all displays, windows, and promotional materials; manage labelling, pricing, and lighting standards
- Monitor and manage the inventory of visual merchandising tools, communicating equipment needs and stock requirements to management
- Develop and implement weekly product rotations across the boutique, leveraging stock availability to maximize sales performance and client appeal
- Collaborate with sales teams and management during morning briefings to contribute creative ideas, receive feedback on client preferences, and refine display strategies
- Serve as brand ambassador by cultivating deep knowledge of Chanel's heritage, aesthetic codes, and product offerings to enhance client engagement and inspire desire
- Participate in ad hoc events and promotional activities outside the boutique as assigned
- Maintain responsibility for photo documentation and display reporting in accordance with established deadlines and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of documented experience in visual merchandising, retail design, or comparable luxury retail environment
- Self-driven, positive, and independent professional with high integrity and ethical standards
- Creative, innovative thinker with proven ability to execute artistic concepts in commercial settings
- Proficiency in basic computer software and digital photography
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated passion for client experience, luxury goods, and aesthetic excellence
- Physically capable of handling and lifting heavy items regularly
- Fluent in Spanish (native or near-native proficiency) with advanced English language skills; additional language proficiency is advantageous
