Chanel Visual Merchandiser position in Berlin – create stunning window displays and elevate in-store presentations for a luxury fashion boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, conceptualize, and execute visually striking window displays and in-store presentations aligned with Chanel's aesthetic standards and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain impeccable product presentation, styling, and arrangement throughout the boutique to optimize visual appeal and merchandise visibility
- Collaborate with retail management and merchandising teams to implement global and regional visual directives
- Rotate and refresh displays regularly to maintain brand elevation and customer engagement
- Ensure all visual elements reflect Chanel's brand identity, luxury positioning, and seasonal themes
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or similar role in luxury fashion retail
- Strong understanding of visual presentation principles, color theory, and aesthetic design
- Ability to interpret and execute creative briefs while maintaining brand guidelines
- Excellent attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Skills
Experience
Experience in visual merchandising within luxury fashion, multi-brand retail, or hospitality environments is essential. Demonstrated track record of creating compelling, on-brand visual presentations in high-end retail settings is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; formal training in visual merchandising, display design, or fine arts is advantageous but not mandatory.
