Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate visual design projects from conception through completion, managing timelines and deliverables
- Liaise between creative teams, food & beverage management, and operational stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and track progress against defined milestones
- Ensure brand consistency and design integrity across F&B installations and environments
- Support budget management and resource allocation for assigned projects
Qualifications
- Proven project coordination experience, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality, or creative environments
