Chanel is hiring a VIP Relations Associate in New York, NY to manage and grow relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with high-net-worth and VIP clients through personalised outreach and clienteling strategies.
  • Manage client appointment scheduling, private viewings and bespoke in-store experiences in coordination with store management and sales teams.
  • Maintain and enrich CRM client profiles with precise notes, preferences, purchase history and follow-up actions to drive repeat business and lifetime value.
  • Serve as a primary concierge for VIP requests including special orders, inventory searches, inter-store transfers and coordination with merchandising or ateliers.
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising, events and marketing teams to deliver exclusive client events and tailored communications.
  • Ensure the highest standards of discretion, presentation and service consistent with Chanel’s brand values.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to cultivate and retain relationships with affluent clientele while demonstrating discretion and diplomacy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; polished professional presence.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and occasional travel for client events.

Experience
