Role & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end treasury transformation programmes, defining target operating models, roadmaps and phased implementation plans.

- Define and implement robust treasury controls, policies and compliance frameworks (including SOX and internal audit remediation where applicable).
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders—finance, tax, legal, FP&A, treasury centres and regional teams—to ensure alignment and adoption.
- Prepare programme governance artifacts: business cases, executive reporting, risk registers, resource plans and post-implementation benefits tracking.
- Coach and upskill treasury and finance teams; oversee change management, training and documentation to embed new processes.
Qualifications
- Proven track record leading treasury transformation or large-scale treasury programmes in a multinational environment.
- Deep technical knowledge of corporate treasury: cash forecasting, liquidity management, payments, FX exposures and hedging instruments.
- Demonstrable experience with treasury system implementations and ERP integrations, or working closely with TMS and IT partners.
- Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities, with experience presenting to senior executives and steering committees.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or equivalent; advanced degree or treasury certification (e.g., CTP) preferred.
