Chanel in Paris seeks a Traveling Makeup Artist (permanent) to deliver brand‑led makeup services, trainings and in‑store activations across the region.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional makeup services and bespoke consultations in boutiques, pop‑up activations and client appointments, ensuring applications adhere to Chanel’s aesthetic and technical standards.
- Act as a visible brand ambassador at events, masterclasses and in‑store activations to elevate client engagement and drive product conversion.
- Provide product demonstrations, educate clients and boutique teams on product benefits and application techniques, and support retail training initiatives.
- Manage mobile kit and product inventory, maintain strict hygiene and presentation standards, and ensure availability of merchandising materials for activations.
- Report on client feedback, sales activity and appointment metrics; collaborate with store management to meet KPIs and commercial objectives.
- Travel regularly across an assigned region to support boutiques, events and seasonal campaigns; adapt schedule to evenings and weekends as required.
Qualifications
- Professional qualification in makeup artistry, cosmetology, or equivalent vocational training.
- Proven ability to represent a luxury beauty brand with impeccable professional standards and discretion.
- Strong client service orientation with demonstrated experience in consultation and retail selling.
- Flexible availability and willingness to travel frequently across the assigned region; valid work authorization for France.
