Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee transversal Order-to-Cash process optimization initiatives across multiple departments and regions
- Identify process inefficiencies and design comprehensive improvement strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including sales, finance, operations, and logistics to standardize O2C procedures
- Develop and implement process governance frameworks, KPIs, and performance monitoring systems
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communications throughout process transformation initiatives
- Drive adoption of new process workflows and provide change management support to affected teams
- Analyze O2C performance data and prepare strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Proven track record in leading enterprise-wide process transformation initiatives in financial operations
- Advanced expertise in Order-to-Cash or similar financial processes within a complex organizational structure
- Demonstrated experience in change management and cross-functional team leadership
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and financial processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience
10+ years of progressive experience in financial operations, process management, or business process optimization, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial capacity leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced business qualification preferred
