Chanel Transport Operations Support Intern, Paris 1st – October 2026. Fashion Division supply chain role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily inbound and outbound transportation operations to and from Chanel boutiques in France, coordinating with distribution centers, logistics partners, and internal teams while maintaining delivery timelines, business priorities, and luxury quality standards
  • Identify, propose, and implement customized transport solutions tailored to internal team needs, considering criticality levels, operational constraints, cost efficiency, and customer experience
  • Analyze transportation performance indicators across assigned scope to identify improvement opportunities, strengthen operational tracking, and support continuous process optimization
  • Develop and formalize operational procedures through documentation, creation of quick-reference guides, and structuring of best practices to enhance team capability and consistency
  • Build progressive understanding of transport challenges across the Fashion Division in France and Europe, balancing operational excellence, responsiveness, and service to business units

Qualifications

  • Experience in management and monitoring of international transportation operations
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is advantageous
  • Strong customer service orientation toward both internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated rigor, organizational skills, and anticipation capabilities
