Role & Responsibilities
- Support the transfer pricing team by preparing, cleansing and validating large internal datasets used for intercompany pricing analyses and documentation.
- Design and execute data extraction workflows from ERP and financial systems to assemble transactional and master-data views for transfer pricing models.
- Develop reproducible analytical models and dashboards to calculate arm’s-length ranges, margins and profitability metrics across entities and product lines.
- Collaborate with tax, accounting and business finance partners to reconcile data discrepancies and ensure consistency between statutory and management reports.
- Automate recurring data processing tasks using scripting or ETL tools to increase accuracy and reduce manual effort in transfer pricing deliverables.
- Produce supporting tables, visualisations and methodological notes for transfer pricing studies, local files and senior management reviews.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects — including benchmarking, sensitivity analyses and post-implementation reviews of transfer pricing policies.
- Maintain documentation of data sources, transformation logic and control checks to uphold auditability and compliance with internal policies and external guidance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline; advanced degree desirable.
- Practical knowledge of transfer pricing principles, intercompany transactions and OECD guidance, or demonstrable experience in tax/TP teams.
- Experience working with multinational financial data and an understanding of statutory vs management accounting distinctions.
- Professional accounting or tax qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CTA) is advantageous but not mandatory.

Typically 2–5 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing, tax analytics, corporate finance data teams, or a Big Four tax/data advisory practice. Demonstrated track record of preparing data-driven transfer pricing analyses and supporting documentation for multinational entities.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science or equivalent; Master’s degree or professional tax/accounting qualification is a plus.
