Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement channel‑specific trade marketing strategies that translate global brand directives into local retail and wholesale activations.
- Plan, brief and execute in‑store activations, visual merchandising rollouts and point‑of‑sale (POS) campaigns in collaboration with retail operations and VM teams.
- Own trade promotion planning and calendar management, including product launches, seasonal campaigns and coordinated retailer programs.
- Manage production and quality control of POS materials, packaging and marketing assets, liaising with suppliers and creative partners to ensure brand consistency.
- Set and track KPIs (sell‑out, sell‑in, ROI, activation reach) and deliver clear post‑campaign reporting and insights to commercial and marketing stakeholders.
- Partner closely with wholesale/distribution partners and field sales to align commercial objectives, pricing mechanics and promotional governance.
- Control assigned budgets, approve trade spend, and ensure cost discipline while maximising commercial impact.
- Train and enable retail and sales teams on campaign objectives, merchandising standards and selling tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or channel marketing — ideally 3+ years within luxury, fashion, or beauty brands.
- Demonstrable track record of planning and executing retail activations, POS rollouts and product launches across multi‑channel environments.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience setting and measuring trade KPIs and analysing sell‑through data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, with experience working alongside retail, wholesale and creative teams.
- Fluent in business English; additional European language skills are an advantage.

Mid‑level experience managing trade marketing or retail marketing programmes, preferably within luxury fashion or prestige beauty, with responsibility for campaign execution, POS production and cross‑functional alignment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification in marketing or retail management is advantageous.
