Chanel is hiring a Top Client Experience & Development Manager in Hong Kong to lead VIP clienteling and growth for Fashion across Hong Kong & Macau.
Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement client development strategy for top clients across Hong Kong and Macau to grow wallet share, frequency and lifetime value.
- Manage and personally cultivate a portfolio of VIP clients through bespoke clienteling, personalised outreach and curated experiences.
- Lead CRM activations and segmentation to ensure high-potential clients receive tailored communications and invitations.
- Coach and develop boutique sales teams and client advisors on VIP service protocols, conversion techniques and relationship management.
- Plan and execute exclusive client events, private appointments and trunk shows in collaboration with retail, marketing and regional teams.
- Monitor commercial KPIs, prepare performance reporting, and translate insights into tactical initiatives to improve retention and acquisition.
- Liaise closely with regional headquarters, merchandising and visual teams to align product allocation, previews and personalised offerings for top clients.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in luxury retail client development, with demonstrable results growing VIP revenue and retention.
- Strong leadership and coaching ability with experience mentoring sales teams in a boutique environment.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills and the capacity to translate client insights into measurable initiatives.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, discretion and the aptitude to manage high-net-worth relationships.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and to travel across Hong Kong and Macau for client appointments and events.

Experience
Typically 6+ years in luxury fashion retail with substantive experience in VIP clienteling or client development; prior leadership responsibility in a boutique or regional retail setting is expected.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; qualifications in marketing, luxury retail or business are advantageous.
