Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, discreet service to high-net-worth and walk-in clients, driving conversion and average transaction value for watches and fine jewelry.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, bespoke appointments and post-sale follow-up.
- Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across movements, complications, materials and gemstones and convey technical features in accessible luxury storytelling.
- Manage in-store inventory for high-value pieces, ensuring secure handling, accurate record-keeping and adherence to loss-prevention procedures.
- Support merchandising and presentation of vitrines and displays to reflect brand standards and seasonal directives.
- Coordinate with after-sales and repair partners for authentication, servicing and warranty handling; escalate complex service issues appropriately.
- Participate in private sales events, trunk shows and client entertainment initiatives to cultivate new business.
- Collaborate with store leadership to meet sales targets, reporting and KPI objectives; contribute market feedback to refine assortment and client strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in watches and/or fine jewelry with detailed knowledge of movements, gemology and precious metals.
- Track record of achieving sales targets within the luxury segment, ideally handling high-value transactions.

- Rigorous attention to security, compliance and inventory controls for high-value merchandise.
- Flexibility to work retail schedules including evenings and weekends; strong organisational skills.

Experience
Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury retail selling watches and/or fine jewelry with demonstrated success in client acquisition and portfolio development.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or certification in horology, gemology or luxury retail sales preferred.
