Chanel is seeking a Textiles and Materials Coordination Assistant Intern for a six-month, conventionné internship starting in March 2027 at its Paris fashion division headquarters. The intern will support the Collections Studio’s Materials and Fabrics department with administration, textile and material management, sample archiving, and selected graphic projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the department’s documents, databases, archives, and supplies.
- Assist with meeting preparation.
- Support the Print team on selected graphic projects, notably using Photoshop.
- Organize, sort, and archive textile samples, material references, and color references.
- Manage archives and the return of materials to textile suppliers.
Qualifications
- Preparing for or holding a Bac +2 to Bac +3 qualification in assistance, administrative management, or project management.
- An interest in fashion, design, or creative professions is valued.
- Organized, rigorous, versatile, and comfortable in a demanding, creative environment.
- Good command of English and excellent communication skills.
