Chanel in Izmir seeks a Temporary Beauty Confidant — a temporary retail beauty advisor delivering personalised consultations and sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised client consultations and product demonstrations across makeup, skincare and fragrance categories to nurture long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, tailored product recommendations and effective upselling.
- Manage client appointments, follow-up communications and clienteling records to ensure premium aftercare and retention.
- Maintain boutique presentation and merchandising standards, including product replenishment, stock rotation and visual displays.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions accurately and adhere to cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in boutique events, launches and in-store promotions; liaise with the team to deliver a cohesive luxury client experience.
- Comply with brand guidelines, product safety protocols and Chanel retail procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to provide high-calibre client service in a luxury retail or prestige beauty environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Professional presentation, discretion and the ability to represent a luxury brand with consistency.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends; available for the full temporary assignment.
- Cosmetology, beauty therapy or makeup certification is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills
Experience
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in cosmetics retail, luxury beauty or prestige brand sales; demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-touch client service.
Education
High school diploma or vocational qualification; formal training in cosmetology, beauty therapy or makeup artistry is advantageous.
