Chanel Istanbul (Istinye Park) seeks a Temporary Beauty Confidant to deliver personalised skincare, makeup and fragrance services for the Chanel beauty boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised consultations across skincare, makeup and fragrance to high-value and walk-in clientele, using Chanel product knowledge to recommend solutions and build loyalty.
- Drive sales performance and conversion through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up communications.
- Execute flawless product demonstrations, makeup services and fragrance fittings while maintaining hygiene and service protocols.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions, manage reservations and accurately record client data in the store CRM.
- Maintain luxury visual merchandising standards: replenish displays, manage stockroom inventory and ensure merchandise is presentation-ready.
- Support store operations during peak periods and promotional events, including pop-ups and product launches, and adhere to loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in brand trainings to maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge and coach peers as required.
Qualifications
- Polished professional appearance and impeccable grooming consistent with Chanel brand standards.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in beauty retail or makeup services; prior luxury-brand retail experience preferred.
- Proven record of meeting sales targets and delivering high-quality client service.
- Solid technical knowledge of skincare, cosmetics and fragrance, with demonstrable application skills.
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends to cover peak retail hours and temporary assignments.

Experience
At least 1 year of direct experience in beauty retail or professional makeup/skincare services; experience with luxury or prestige brands and temporary/pop-up retail environments is highly desirable.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational or certified training in cosmetology, beauty therapy or makeup artistry preferred.
