Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous technology scouting to identify emerging hardware, software and digital service opportunities relevant to product, retail and production.
- Support definition, design and execution of proofs of concept and pilot projects in collaboration with R&D, IT, product, retail and external partners.
- Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and external vendors to manage timelines, deliverables and technical validation.
- Develop prototypes, test plans and user evaluations; analyse results and synthesise recommendations for scaling or refinement.
- Maintain technical watch documentation, prepare concise reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
- Contribute to roadmap planning for adoption of new technologies and support change‑management activities for pilot rollouts.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in an engineering school, technical university or master's programme in engineering, computer science, digital innovation or equivalent, and eligible for alternance starting September 2026.
- Demonstrable interest in emerging technologies (IoT, AR/VR, machine learning, embedded systems or similar) and hands‑on experience from projects or internships.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills with ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
- Fluent written and spoken communication suitable for producing technical summaries and presenting to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Right to work in France and availability for the full alternance period.

Experience
Previous internships or project experience in R&D, digital innovation labs, engineering teams or technology startups is preferred; prior alternance experience is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in an accredited engineering, computer science or innovation‑focused master's programme (eligible for alternance/apprenticeship).
