Role & Responsibilities
- Update and structure audiovisual and operational databases using Excel, and track key performance indicators via Power BI and PowerPoint dashboards linked to CMMS platforms
- Propose optimization recommendations for logistics and technical processes, and automate repetitive workflows
- Contribute to improvements of automated workflow tools (Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate) in collaboration with IT teams to capture event and auditorium requirements
- Draft internal procedures for the audiovisual team and create user guides for employee access to meeting rooms
- Design and maintain a SharePoint site featuring meeting room information, equipment specifications, and capacity details
- Monitor maintenance activity in coordination with technical teams and oversee installation of new audiovisual equipment
- Manage audiovisual material logistics, including inventory, asset disposal, and donation coordination with partner associations
- Participate in steering committee meetings and conduct technology research to identify modern solutions for facility modernization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 or Bac +4) in facilities management, audiovisual technology, IT, business administration, or workplace environment
- First experience in a similar environment such as employee services, audiovisual operations, or facilities management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Office 365 tools (SharePoint)
- Experience or strong familiarity with Power BI and Power Platform applications
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal skills and capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated motivation, versatility, and service-oriented mindset
