Chanel seeks a Live Events & Audiovisual Technical Project Coordinator (work‑study) in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine — alternance starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the technical project management of live events and audiovisual productions from planning through delivery.
- Draft and maintain technical riders, stage plots, run‑sheets and load‑in/load‑out schedules in collaboration with creative and production teams.
- Coordinate external AV, lighting and rigging suppliers, ensuring quotes, contracts and technical specifications meet project requirements.
- Assist with procurement and configuration of audiovisual equipment; manage equipment inventories and technical checklists.
- Provide on-site technical support during rehearsals and live events, supervising installations and troubleshooting AV systems.
- Contribute to budget tracking, cost reconciliation and vendor invoicing related to technical production.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, venue regulations and technical standards throughout production activities.
- Document project outcomes and prepare post‑event technical reports and lessons learned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a higher‑education program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in audiovisual engineering, live events production, technical theatre, cinema/TV production, or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple technical deliverables and tight timelines.
- Familiarity with live production workflows, technical riders and stage documentation.
- Practical knowledge of audiovisual systems (sound, projection/video, LED, lighting fixtures and basic rigging).
- Excellent interpersonal skills for supplier liaison and cross‑functional team collaboration.
- Availability to support evening and weekend event schedules as required by production timetables.

Previous internship or practical experience in live events, audiovisual production or technical stage work is preferred but not mandatory; demonstrable hands‑on exposure to production environments is valued.
Education
