Role & Responsibilities
- Structure, track, and adjust the Design Office schedule; animate deadlines, anticipate delays, and propose necessary arbitration between competing priorities
- Ensure coherence of fabric allocations, trimmings, and deliverables (toiles, patterns, submissions, production launches)
- Allocate materials for required trials and normalization development initiatives
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (delivery timelines, deliverables quality, service levels); produce and disseminate internal and external dashboards
- Accompany teams in the adoption and improvement of systems (Design Planning, PLM tools)
- Facilitate seamless communication between Design Office poles and cross-functional services; identify blockers and contribute to resolution
- Participate in operational rituals including weekly meetings, fittings, and strategic meetings with Production Management, Ateliers, and Collection Procurement teams
- Contribute to the structuring of new poles dedicated to collection construction; participate in building new processes, methodologies, and tools
- Champion continuous improvement dynamics through proactive proposals and process optimization
- Mentor and guide an apprentice in daily missions, transmitting Design Office methods, tools, and best practices
- Track and consolidate all Design Office expenses (services, external purchases, consumables, subscriptions); ensure financial compliance through invoice verification and validation
- Coordinate with Finance and Purchasing teams regarding budget validations, controls, and closures; maintain and enhance budget management tools and alert stakeholders to variances
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of professional experience in coordination, scheduling, production, or operational management
- Demonstrated experience in the Fashion or Luxury sector
- Advanced proficiency with analytical tools (Excel, dashboards, internal systems, Power BI)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and synthesis capabilities
- Proven proactivity, diplomacy, adaptability, and strong team orientation
- Demonstrated interest in product development and collection construction processes
- Sensitivity to financial management and rigorous budget oversight
- First experience or strong appetite for people management
