Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and inspire the Chanel team assigned to the Sephora Champs-Élysées counter to deliver superior luxury service and meet commercial objectives.
- Drive sales performance and client acquisition through personalised clienteling, targeted promotions and exemplary in-store experience.
- Manage staffing, rotas and daily operational logistics to ensure optimal coverage during peak trading periods, events and VIP visits.
- Oversee merchandising, display standards and product presentation to maintain Chanel brand guidelines within a multi-brand retail environment.
- Control inventory, coordinate stock replenishment, perform cycle counts and liaise with Chanel regional supply teams to minimise shrinkage.
- Monitor KPIs and sales reports, deliver actionable feedback to the team and prepare regular performance updates for Chanel management.
- Recruit, train and develop sales advisors, running product and service trainings to raise advisory standards and conversion rates.
- Ensure strict compliance with Chanel visual, service and security policies and collaborate with Sephora site management on operations and events.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury beauty or premium cosmetic retail; track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-management capabilities with high-net-worth and international clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach, motivate and develop a frontline sales team.
- Organisational aptitude for scheduling, stock control and executing visual merchandising standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak trading periods.
Skills
Experience
Typically 3+ years in luxury retail sales with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role, preferably within prestige cosmetics or fashion counters located in flagship or high-traffic retail environments.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification or degree in retail, business, cosmetology or hospitality preferred.
