Chanel seeks Talent Development & D&I Manager for Watchmaking and Fine Jewelry division in Paris. Lead talent and inclusion initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent development and succession planning programmes aligned with divisional strategy
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives, setting measurable goals and monitoring progress across the watchmaking and fine jewelry operations
  • Design and deliver training and upskilling programmes for employees at all levels
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and address organisational development needs
  • Create inclusive recruitment practices and mentorship initiatives to support underrepresented groups
  • Measure and report on talent development and D&I metrics to senior management

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent development, human resources, or organisational development within a luxury or high-end manufacturing environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing diversity and inclusion programmes
  • Strong understanding of luxury brand values and their application to talent strategy
  • Experience with talent assessment tools and succession planning methodologies

Experience
