Chanel Talent Development & D&I Manager (Fixed-Term) – Paris – Join the Watchmaking & Jewellery division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent development programmes tailored to the watchmaking and jewellery divisions
- Design and execute diversity and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace culture
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and create succession planning strategies
- Coordinate employee training and development activities aligned with D&I objectives
- Monitor and report on D&I metrics and talent development programme outcomes
- Support recruitment efforts to ensure diverse and equitable hiring practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent development or human resources, preferably in luxury goods or manufacturing
- Demonstrated expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
- Strong knowledge of French labour law and employment best practices
- Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple business units
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of professional experience in talent development, HR, or diversity and inclusion, with preference for luxury industry or manufacturing sector background.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field. Certification in D&I, HR, or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous.
