Chanel seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fixed-term position in Paris. Recruit talent for CHANEL Europe's corporate operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with CHANEL Europe's talent acquisition objectives
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate positions across the European operations
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition through offer negotiation
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and talent networks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify skill requirements and develop targeted candidate profiles
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring progress and pipeline health
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or corporate recruitment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment regulations across European markets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
Skills
Experience
Experience in talent acquisition or HR recruitment, ideally within a multinational corporate or luxury goods environment, is preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
