Chanel seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a fixed-term position in Paris. Recruit talent for CHANEL Europe's corporate operations.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with CHANEL Europe's talent acquisition objectives
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for corporate positions across the European operations
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from job requisition through offer negotiation
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and talent networks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify skill requirements and develop targeted candidate profiles
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on hiring progress and pipeline health

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or corporate recruitment

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
