CHANEL seeks Talent Acquisition Specialist on one-year fixed-term contract in Paris to build European recruitment strategy and processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment campaigns and partner with European markets to support strategic hiring priorities
- Design and streamline recruitment processes that enhance efficiency, quality, and employer branding across the region
- Develop creative and culturally-adapted sourcing strategies tailored to each European market's specific needs
- Produce regular reports on key performance indicators, time-to-fill metrics, and pipeline health, providing data-driven regional recommendations
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team on cross-functional projects including assessment tool optimization and candidate experience journeys
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a demanding corporate environment, agency, or in-house
