Chanel Talent Acquisition Intern in Paris – January 2027. Support European recruitment efforts within luxury fashion.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates for open positions across Europe
- Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics with hiring managers and candidates
- Contribute to job posting creation and publication across recruitment platforms
- Maintain and organize candidate databases and recruitment materials
- Prepare recruitment reports and analytics as requested by the talent acquisition team
- Support employer branding initiatives and attend recruitment events when applicable
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant degree program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR systems or ATS platforms is preferred
- Fluency in French and English required; additional European languages a plus

Little to no professional recruitment experience required; interest in human resources and talent acquisition is essential.
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
