Chanel seeks an Alternating Talent Acquisition Assistant for its Fashion division in Paris, starting September 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the talent acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidates for fashion and creative roles
- Assist with job posting creation, distribution, and candidate database management
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments and maintain detailed recruitment records
- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
- Contribute to the development and refinement of recruitment strategies within the fashion division
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree programme (Human Resources, Business Administration, Fashion Studies, or equivalent)
- Strong organisational and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Demonstrated interest in fashion, luxury goods, and talent management

Experience
No prior professional experience required; internship experience in HR or recruitment is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Fashion Studies, or a related discipline.
