Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and scheduling of interviews and meetings with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening potential candidates.
  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and other recruitment-related documentation.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a recruitment or administrative role preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Experience

A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or administrative support role is preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
