Chanel seeks a Talent Acquisition Assistant for an 8-month contract position in Bangkok to support recruitment operations and candidate coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels and job boards
  • Coordinate scheduling for interviews and candidate assessments
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and applicant tracking system (ATS) documentation
  • Prepare recruitment materials, job descriptions, and posting templates
  • Assist with onboarding coordination and documentation for new hires
  • Support the talent acquisition team with administrative tasks and database management

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in recruitment, HR administration, or talent sourcing
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
