Chanel seeks a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Coordinator in Hamburg, Germany. Full-time, fixed-term role managing recruitment for Fragrance & Beauty and Fashion functions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Fragrance & Beauty division and designated Fashion functions
- Design and execute personalized candidate experiences reflecting Chanel's brand values and culture
- Conduct active sourcing and candidate identification through LinkedIn and additional recruitment channels
- Collaborate on employer branding projects including university partnerships, onboarding programs, and job portal management
- Maintain effective communication with candidates, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership throughout the recruitment process
- Monitor labor market trends and digital recruitment developments to continuously improve sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or university degree relevant to recruitment, HR, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in recruiting and active sourcing
- Strong advisory and communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups
- Empathetic demeanor combined with excellent organizational abilities
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Workday is advantageous
- Fluent written and spoken German and English
