Role & Responsibilities
- Execute precise alterations to Ready-To-Wear pieces, maintaining design integrity and brand standards
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of various fabric types and their handling requirements
- Ensure all alterations meet Chanel's exacting standards of tailoring workmanship
- Collaborate effectively with retail and client-facing teams to deliver exceptional fit and customer satisfaction
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all alteration work
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in garment alteration and sewing techniques
- Comprehensive knowledge of diverse fabric types and their properties
- Understanding of Chanel's tailoring standards and design principles
- Fluent in Cantonese
- Demonstrated experience in customer service environments (preferred)

Extensive professional experience in garment alteration and bespoke tailoring, with proven expertise in luxury fashion environments.
Education
Formal training in tailoring or garment construction is highly valued; equivalent hands-on experience in luxury fashion tailoring is essential.
