Chanel Fragrances & Beauty seeks a Sustainable Development Project Manager intern for 6 months in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, supporting strategic sustainability initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Structure, track, and optimize sustainability roadmaps in collaboration with the Sustainability Lead, aligned with Chanel's corporate ambitions
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, analyze performance indicators, develop decision-support materials, and formulate strategic recommendations to strengthen initiative impact
- Design, finalize, and update e-learning modules (RISE/Articulate) on eco-design and sustainable practices, ensuring pedagogical clarity and interactivity
- Organize and facilitate educational workshops (e.g., Climate Literacy, Digital Sustainability, AI Ethics) to strengthen team expertise
- Deploy and coordinate the internal events calendar: conferences, annual reviews, Sustainability & Social Commitment community meetings
- Author and distribute internal newsletters via Salesforce or equivalent platforms to inform, inspire, and mobilize teams
- Lead internal communications to highlight initiatives, share successes, and unite teams around priority projects
- Analyze user feedback and assess training effectiveness, proposing continuous improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a business school or equivalent program, with specialization in project management, internal communications, or sustainable development
- First professional experience in digital project management, internal communications, or sustainability (internship or significant project)
- Proficiency with e-learning platforms (RISE/Articulate) and newsletter management systems (Salesforce or equivalent)
- Excellent analytical, synthesis, and structural thinking capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and formulate strategic recommendations
- Meticulous attention to detail with proven organizational and autonomous work capacity
- Natural ability to build consensus and mobilize diverse stakeholders around shared initiatives
