Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design, deployment and evaluation of sustainability training programmes for the Parfums Beauté organisation.
- Draft concise internal communications and learning materials (presentations, briefs, e‑learning modules) to translate sustainability strategy into operational practice.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders (CSR, HR, retail, marketing, R&D) to schedule trainings and ensure message alignment.
- Maintain project documentation, track milestones and report on adoption metrics and training KPIs.
- Assist in organising workshops, webinars and internal events; support logistical follow‑up and participant feedback analysis.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in sustainability, CSR, communications, environmental management, or related field.
- Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; proven capacity to produce clear learning materials.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment and adapting messages for commercial and operational audiences.
- High attention to detail and a collaborative mindset; discretion and professionalism expected.
Skills
Experience
Previous internship or project experience in sustainability, communications, HR or learning & development is preferred; prior exposure to the cosmetics or luxury retail environment is an advantage.
Education
Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or postgraduate programme (sustainability, CSR, communications, environmental sciences, business or equivalent).
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
