Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Fashion division’s sustainable development projects by consolidating, structuring and maintaining project documentation and knowledge assets.
- Design, populate and govern a central knowledge repository (documents, procedures, best practices, KPIs) to ensure information is current and accessible to cross‑functional teams.
- Coordinate with design, product, sourcing, supply chain and CSR stakeholders to collect data, monitor project timelines and follow up on action items.
- Prepare clear, data‑driven reports, slide decks and executive summaries for program leads and steering committees.
- Contribute to research on regulatory developments, industry standards and sustainability methodologies relevant to fashion.
- Support the organisation and delivery of internal trainings, workshops and knowledge‑sharing sessions.
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a higher‑education programme (Bac+3/4/5) in sustainability, environmental management, fashion management, knowledge management or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to draft concise reports and presentations for diverse seniority levels.
- Proactive, curious and collaborative mindset with a keen interest in sustainable fashion and corporate environmental strategies.
- Previous internship or project experience (6–12 months) in sustainability, CSR, product development or knowledge management is advantageous.
