Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain the company’s sustainability performance framework, KPIs and reporting cadence to measure environmental and social impacts across product, supply chain and operations.
- Lead the preparation of external disclosures and responses to recognised frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP, SASB/ISSB, TCFD) and ensure alignment with the GHG Protocol for emissions accounting.
- Collect, validate and analyse quantitative sustainability data from cross‑functional teams and suppliers; translate data into executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports using data‑visualisation tools to track progress against targets and support decision-making.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholder engagement, including audits, third‑party verifications, consultancy partners and regulatory liaison.
- Support product and sourcing teams to operationalise sustainability targets, identify hotspots, and prioritise mitigation and improvement projects.
- Drive continuous improvement in data quality, governance and systems for sustainability performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, business or related discipline; master’s degree preferred.
- Proven knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards (GRI, SASB/ISSB, CDP, TCFD) and the GHG Protocol.
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude with demonstrated experience preparing management and board-level reports.
- Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills, able to influence cross-functional teams at senior levels.
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills with experience translating complex data into concise narratives.

Experience
Typically 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, sustainability data analytics or a related function; prior experience within luxury goods, fashion, cosmetics or consumer goods is highly desirable.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, business or a related field; master’s degree or specialised postgraduate qualification preferred.
