CHANEL Sustainability Internship in Paris, January 2027. Support downstream sustainability roadmap covering transport, distribution, and retail across Europe.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct quantitative analyses to reduce CHANEL Europe's carbon footprint and identify key sustainability trends
- Accelerate deployment of Circularity and Retail projects including retail engagement programmes and waste management initiatives through scoping, implementation, and feedback collection
- Strengthen sustainability governance by supporting meeting preparation, facilitation of Europe Community seminars, and coordination of cross-functional sustainability initiatives
- Contribute to internal engagement and amplification by developing and implementing sustainability communication plans
- Participate in monitoring performance indicators and defining action plans to drive progress against sustainability objectives
Qualifications
- Currently on a gap year or in final year of studies with strong interest in environmental and social issues
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for quantitative analysis and PowerPoint for executive presentations
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Analytical mindset with ability to quickly understand complex situations and propose tailored solutions
- Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to contribute to project management
