Chanel Fashion Sustainability Intern, Paris | Support eco-responsible accessory transformation initiatives from January 2027.
Role & Responsibilities
- Monitor and consolidate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for accessory transformation initiatives across collections, including data collection, verification, and stakeholder reporting
- Support implementation of sustainable ambitions within the costume jewelry and accessories division, communicating transformation performance and best practices
- Contribute to the deployment and enhancement of supply chain traceability tools, including supplier mapping, certification level assessment, and risk evaluation
- Improve performance tracking systems and dashboards using Power BI and similar analytical tools, including KPI updates and indicator refinement
- Oversee integration projects for eco-responsible materials, managing product qualification, testing protocols, timelines, and quality assurance
- Disseminate corporate social responsibility updates across the division and engage with internal and external partners, including industrialization, quality, and sustainability teams
Qualifications
- Degree holder at bac+4 to bac+5 level, preferably with a scientific or financial background
- Strong analytical capabilities with demonstrated experience in designing and interpreting interactive performance dashboards
- Proven ability to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities from multi-source data analysis
- Capacity to formulate strategic recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Expert proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and other data analysis tools
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational capacity, rigor, and proactive mindset with excellent synthesis and communication abilities
Skills
Experience
Experience in data collection, analysis from multiple sources, and synthesis of results for clear, impactful presentations. Familiarity with sustainable materials, supply chain processes, or fashion industry sustainability initiatives is advantageous.
Education
Bac+4 to bac+5 degree holder; scientific or financial background preferred. Strong commitment to sustainable development required.
