Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to environmental and social impact projects as part of the Sustainability Development Europe team.
  • Assist in the initiation and management of pilot projects, documenting learnings for potential large-scale implementation.
  • Formulate and formalize team needs to frame future projects and propose improvements.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and suggest concrete impact reduction actions.
  • Monitor performance indicators through data collection and analysis.
  • Participate in the communication and engagement activities of the Sustainability Development Europe community.
  • Support awareness and communication actions of the team.
  • Assist in organizing key meetings and formalizing decisions within the Sustainability Development Europe community.

Qualifications

  • Passionate about environmental and social issues.
  • Currently in a gap year or final year of studies.

Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand diverse situations and propose suitable solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in sustainability and project management is essential.

Education

Currently pursuing higher education, preferably in a related field.
