Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and contribute to environmental and social impact projects within the European Sustainability Development team.
  • Assist in the management and execution of pilot projects, documenting learnings for potential large-scale implementation.
  • Formulate and articulate team needs to frame future projects and propose improvements.
  • Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and recommend concrete actions to reduce impact.
  • Monitor performance indicators through data collection and analysis.
  • Support the communication and awareness efforts of the Sustainability Development team.
  • Organize and formalize key meetings and decisions within the Sustainability Development community.

Qualifications

  • Passion for environmental and social issues, ideally in the final year of studies or on a gap year.
  • Demonstrated rigor, organization, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills to quickly understand diverse situations and propose suitable solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.

Experience

No prior professional experience required, but a strong interest in sustainability and project management is essential.

Education

Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program, ideally in the final year or on a gap year.
