Chanel Supply Planning Intern, Paris | Materials & Notions Procurement Support role in Ready-to-Wear Collections.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the placement and processing of materials and notions orders with suppliers on behalf of the purchasing team
- Oversee dye orders and coordinate receipt and documentation of dye shipments
- Update materials, notions, and pricing information within the product lifecycle management system
- Coordinate supplier timelines, track order status, issue follow-up communications, and manage administrative documentation
- Conduct and pilot cost analyses by collection to support procurement decision-making
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional internal departments including design, production, and finance teams
- Support the processing and returns management of collection notions and materials
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Italian language skills highly desirable
- Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ORLI software preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Experience
Candidates should have foundational knowledge of supply chain operations, procurement processes, or materials management, ideally gained through academic coursework or previous internship experience in fashion, luxury goods, or manufacturing environments.
Education
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, Fashion Business, Luxury Management, or a related field.
