Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end supply chain transformation initiatives for the Parfums Beauté activity, contributing to process redesign and implementation.
- Map current-state processes and develop target-state workflows with clear KPIs and improvement roadmaps.
- Perform quantitative analysis of operations and supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and validate opportunities for efficiency gains.
- Prepare presentations and documentation for cross-functional stakeholders, including senior management updates.
- Coordinate pilots and follow-up actions with manufacturing, procurement, logistics and commercial teams to ensure change adoption.
- Contribute to data-driven project tracking, maintaining dashboards and status reports to measure impact and ROI.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s or final-year engineering programme in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Research or equivalent.
- Strong analytical aptitude with experience in academic or internship projects involving process analysis, modelling or optimisation.
- Comfortable synthesising complex information and presenting clear recommendations to stakeholders.
- Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English preferred (oral and written).
Skills
Experience
Prior internship or project experience in supply chain, operations or industrial engineering is preferred; demonstrable involvement in process improvement or transformation projects is an advantage.
Education
Enrollment in a Bachelor's/Master's programme in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research or a closely related discipline.
