Role & Responsibilities
- Support demand planning and short‑term replenishment for skincare (Soin) product portfolios within Parfums Beauté.
- Maintain and update planning inputs in MRP/ERP systems and local planning tools; ensure accurate master data for SKUs and packaging components.
- Monitor inventory levels, safety stock, and service‑level KPIs; escalate stock risks and propose mitigation scenarios.
- Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts, consumption analyses and variance reports to inform S&OP cycles.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, quality and logistics teams to align supply capabilities with demand requirements.
- Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives: process documentation, planning efficiency and reduction of obsolescence.
- Support ad‑hoc projects such as new product introductions, promotional planning and capacity simulations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bac+4/5 (Master’s) or equivalent programme in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering, operations management or business.
- Strong analytical aptitude with comfort handling numerical data and performing root‑cause analysis.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines in a cross‑functional environment.
- Effective communicator capable of liaising with manufacturing, procurement, quality and commercial teams.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented mindset with curiosity for process optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Availability to start the alternance in September 2026 and commit to the duration required by the training programme.
Experience
Previous internships or short‑term experience in supply chain, demand planning, production planning or inventory management are advantageous but not mandatory for an alternance candidate.
Education
Enrolled in Bac+4/5 (Master’s) or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or Business.
