Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain short- and mid-term demand forecasts for finished goods and seasonal collections, aligning with merchandising and commercial plans.
- Create and execute inventory replenishment plans to optimise in-store and DC stock levels while minimising obsolescence and stockouts.
- Lead and contribute to the S&OP process: consolidate inputs, present scenarios, and translate decisions into executable plans.
- Monitor key supply chain KPIs (forecast accuracy, days of inventory, fill rate) and produce actionable analysis and reports.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Production, Logistics, and Wholesale to manage allocation, lead times and shipment priorities.
- Maintain and configure planning parameters in ERP/planning systems; validate master data and ensure data integrity.
- Support launches and promotions by modelling demand, securing inventory, and aligning fulfillment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in demand planning, inventory planning or supply chain planning, preferably in fashion, luxury goods or apparel.
- Proven experience with S&OP cycles and cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical aptitude with demonstrated experience translating data into operational decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence commercial and operational partners.
Skills
Experience
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in demand or inventory planning within fashion, luxury goods, or closely related consumer retail sectors, including ownership of forecasting, replenishment and S&OP deliverables.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
